By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

Prohibitions

You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to CLYR Inc.

Information Collection and Use

The VoiceTranscribe app stores temporarily voice data that you have provided to us on our servers and processes it, in order to convert voice input into text. After conversion to text, the voice data is deleted from our servers.

The app uses third party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer

• The app uses AI technology for text conversion and summarization, but does not guarantee complete accuracy. You shall be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the app.
• Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. Certain features of the app require the app to have an active internet connection. Any communication costs incurred using the app will be charged to you and CLYR Inc is not responsible for them.
• It’s your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not remove software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your device vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your device’s security features and it could mean that the app won’t work properly or at all.
• CLYR Inc is not responsible for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result for you to use the app.
• CLYR Inc does not promise that we will always provide the app that works on the OS version of your device.

Change and Discontinuation of the app

CLYR Inc is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

We may wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination,

1. the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end,
2. you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Price

You accept that the price of the paid app, in-app purchases and subscriptions may be changed in order to maintain our service.

Payment

All payments related to the VoiceTranscribe app are processed by Apple as third-party payment processor. The processor is solely responsible for handling your payments. We don't collect or process any payments related to our app. You agree not to hold us liable for payments that don't reach us because you have quoted incorrect payment information or the processor refused the payment for any other reason. Please note that the processor may collect some personal data from you (e.g., your name, credit card number, phone number, address, ...) for processing your payment requests. Refund

We don't refund for your paid fees even if you pay by mistake. Please refer to Apple's website about refund policy.

Changes to This Terms of Use

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
